This Challenge is specifically designed for the Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders (and filmed on the fly) but if you think you have what it takes to be a Colts Cheerleader give it a try too!
The CC Challenge consists of 5 Exercises. You always do the exercises in order and always perform the same number of reps of each exercise per round. Perform 10 rounds with a 2 minute rest between rounds (only if you need it). Yes.... I said 10 full rounds!
Deadlift (60% of your bodyweight) x 5 reps
Man Makers x 10 Reps
Goblet Squat x 15 Reps
KB/DB Skier Swings x 20 Reps
Jump Squat x 25 Reps
SO.. for the mathematically inclined it means you will complete:
50 Deadlifts
100 Man Makers
150 Goblet Squats
200 KB/DB Skiers
250 Squat Jumps
Thats a combined 750 reps!
