Carmel Marathon closed down the Studio today so we put together this 20 minute HIIT Marathon for you to tackle at home or outside on this beautiful day. All you need is a set of stairs, a timer and some serious motivation - Remember, If it doesn't challenge you, It doesn't change you!
Work 0:15, Rest 0:15, Work 0:15, Rest 0:15 for every exercise.
1. Up, Up, Down, Down or "Bleachers"
2. Hand Walk
3. Burpees w/stair jump
4. Decline Sprinter
4. Offset Squat Jump
Perform 4 rounds with no rest between rounds if possible (push yourself!!). Add a 0:30 second rest between rounds if needed.
GOOD LUCK
