This a studio "favorite"! By favorite I mean everyone pretty much loves to hate it because you won't be able to blow dry your hair for a day or two afterwards! It WILL however give you strong, toned SEXY arms, shoulders and a beautiful back!
3 Exercises:
Push Ups
Pike Push Ups
Wall Sphinx (tricep extension)
Perform: 5 reps of each, 4 reps of Each, 3 reps of each, 2 reps of each. 1 rep of each. That is 1 Round. No Rest between exercises.
Complete 3 Rounds! Yes I said 3 Rounds!
